Compare the structures of a pair of proteins and perform a sequence scoring (with Blosum50) or find out, if a given protein structure contains an intrinsic rotational symmetry.

 

Compare the structure of a protein with more than 10.000 proteins of the ASTRAL40 (version 1.75) database. You may individually select and review sequential and circular permuted similarities.

 

Analyze the structural similarities of proteins within the ASTRAL40 (version 1.75) database by using our all-against-all database of pairwise protein structure alignments.
